Our Stainless Steel bellows can have various flanges and mounting connections, pipe ends, tie rods etc., in order to suit specific requirements of the customer. Our expertise in design, TIG welding and machining capability allow us to meet industry specific needs. The standard material used are stainless steel in grades AISI, 304, 321 AND 316 and depends on the working temperature and environment.
Stainless Steel Bellows provide an all-metal pressure barrier and seal that flexes in one or more directions. The flexible element of an expansion joint, consisting of one or more convolutions obtained By the hydro–forming or mechanical forming, according to the diameter of the shell of a material suitable for the required specification.The Cyclic life of a Bellow depends upon the extent to which it is stressed under optimum working pressure, temperature, axial and lateral deflection. To achieve a long life, a Bellow must be operated well within the maximum design parameters for both deflection and pressure. Besides our standard range, we also undertake design and development of specialized Bellows for specific applications.
