Ajman

Ajman, with an area of about 260 square kilometres, is  the smallest of all the seven emirates in the UAE and known for its beautiful beaches and scenic beauty.  It has emerged as a growing economy with a number of sight seeing options like musuems, beaches, fort and shopping complexes.

Ajman has a coastline of upto 16 kms and is situated along the western coast of the country.  It is a rapidly growing business hub, attracting tourists who are looking for a sunny vacation and historical sites.  Ajman has one of the best sandy beaches in the country and is a great place to relax and laze around in the sun.

Dolphin spotting is one of the recreational activity enjoyed in Ajman.

Among other things, the fish market is a bustling place in the mornings and  you will be able to see the fishermen bring in the fresh catch, while brokers auction the fish to various buyers and shopkeepers.  It is possible to buy the fish and have the cooked in the fish market itself or just across the street.
